I am from Australia and ordered the complete 6 series of The Shield in July. Although they did arrive the covers were busted and despite assurances they would be region free, I was unable to play them. A few queries later I kept getting assured that replacements would be sent. We are now in January '08 and after seeing other complaints online tonight and I am kissing my $150 bucks 'goodbye'. I've already been ripped off on dvd's through ebay. never again!!!!
