I was thinking of advertising on allnurses.com but I've read so many complaints about them I hestitate to spend what might turn out to be wasted dollars. Apparently a guy named Brian Short runs this site out of Lakeville, MN but he doesn't even bother to regulate the content. An advertiser could spend thousands of dollars and then have a poster/s trash talk them on the very same site.
