I am owner of egyption company working with this indian company for supplying copper nickel tubes 70/30 [9000 pcs] and after we got order from customer, during period of fabrication and after we transfer 200.000,00 US$. Once raw material increase with small percentage this company start to push us to increase the prices. But as per contract with customer, the customer refuse, so we have we have to leave our commissioning percentage to indian company to can proceed . But the measurable that after another month, again indian company asked us to increase the prices or they will don't supply ?? At this moment we refuse and also they stopped all process at April of 2006 . And we are now in court with customer in Egypt and in same time indian company[ALLOK TODI Group] refuse to send at least our money unless if we accepted to deduct from money 85.000,00US$ because they lost??? What they lost, we didn't know.
