I ordered a globe from this company on 16th Dec. as a christmas present. It promised next day delivery but actually arrived after many phone calls on 30th Dec. My daughter finally got her present but what a dissapointment the globe was damaged.More phone calls followed the globe was picked up by courier and I was promised a refund. It is now 23rd February and after many promises of a refund my £98:00 as not been credited. I use websites all the time but have never had a problem like this. I actually think it could be classed as fraud!
