Alloy Personal Training Madison East brings coach-led small group training to Madison's east side in 2026. Sessions are capped at six people and run 50 focused minutes, with every program built by a NASM- or ACE-certified coach around your body, your history, and your goals. Whether you're easing back after years away, managing a nagging injury, or chasing your strongest decade yet, our programming respects the way real bodies work after 40.
