Allstar Vanlines of Clifton, NJ talked big but did not deliver. My point-of-contact with Allstar Vanlines started out very nice and professional but evidently when I really needed answers he was no where to be found. Allstar Vanlines was scheduled to pickup my load of furniture and boxes from Pennsylvania and was to move it to California. Unfortunately they never showed or called. I called them the morning they were to be there and they told me the truck broke down and they would not be able to come until two days later. Well on Wednesday morning they never showed and did not call. We called and asked where the truck was and was told they would check with dispatch. They never returned the call. We called again and asked way we were getting the run around and the guy hung up on us. I later called and cancelled the service. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do Not Use This Moving Company.
