We didnt realize we had two months on our contract and switched to another company. Now we are charged excessive fees of 4oo.00 and every bill that is sent out has an extra 33.00 for not paying. We will pay this but it will take time, in the mean time late payment fees keep adding up. We will never go back to alltel for which we kept for about 6 years.
