They had one of their technician come out and put large amounts of toxic chemicals in our carpet which continued to irritate our eyes and caused breathing Difficulties. I asked him what is he using and he did not know. He stated that it is several chemicals and pointed to unmarked bottles and containers. The lady that takes the appointment told him to pack it up and that she would call me later to get someone out there that can deep clean and take care of it. No one called and no one came. They hang up on you and I can not even find their business license number or anything. These people are not even regulated and act like mobsters when you contact them. I have had another company come out and try to get the chemicals out but they were unable to get most of it out. I think the guy used way too much of some Toxic Chemicals from Allure Carpet Cleaning and that is why the lady told him to leave and take everything with him. Shame that they are still in business. Please let me know how I can stop them before they destroy other peoples homes and health
