I ordered two rings from Almost Diamonds. I received one of the rings but never received the other one. When I called them they said it was backordered and if I wanted I could pick out a different one. I picked out a different ring and I was to be credited the difference and sent the ring. I have yet to receive the ring or the credit. I have called them over 5 times and no matter when I call it says that their office is closed even though their hours are M-F 10 am to 5pm.
