I have been to this hair salon only once. I was looking for a layer cut but I wanted the layers to be long. I told the stylist almost ten times that I want long layers. She was busy in her old world doing God alone knows what. I asked her whether se knew what I was talking about. She said yes and began cutting my hair. After few minutes I told her to stop and wanted to take a look at what she was doing with my hair. I was shocked to see that the first layer reached only the top of my ear. I was very angry I told her to stop and just got up I told her that I was not going to pay for this. She called the owner. The owner did not agree and took full payment. I was very angry. I told the owner that this was the worst styling I ever got and that I would not return. She did not care. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. I don't understand how they are still in business with such horrible attitude and stylists.
