5-6 months months back i have reported stolen phone, i asked for sim swap and block the number.what they have done is block the number, then i phone them and asked them to do sim swap because my sim card has got insurance they must send with courier.nothing happened.now i send them complain on 02/12/2008, i didn't get what i want.so i send them complain again telling them iam going to cancel debirt order until i got my sim card.no reply.i went to the bank and cancel.i cannot pay for what i don't use.
