i am owing alto lx car when i went to dealer for first car service that time even they have not washed my car when i complaint to mr.vahhed (works manager) he totally ignored my complaint, i recieved tele call from ms.vandna sharma for second service, i compalient her the same. but she requested me to come for second service and this type of problem will not be again accourdingly to her statement i went for second car service on 05/04/2010 i found the same problem again sir, tell me one thing whatever parts you are putting in the vehicle we are not going to veryfied it becouse these have been putted in side of the car but only the condition of our vehicle which we could have verified that is washing and if your dealers are anavaible to provide the basic need of service, i think you can well understand about the condition of maruti.

one more thing when yours these type of dealers can not satishfy on free services, who will go to the maruti service station for paid service.

So i thing you will take my complaint seriously and reply me soon at your ealiest.
