This company is a scam company. They take money but then if your site has problem, they will just ask you to do 2 things : first thing is submit an ticket; Second thing is wait .

I have a website: yourvoguemall.com hosted by them and it was not working for more than 3 days. They always ask me : open a ticket-let me check-wait . Every day or even every time they say the same content but the problem exist still...

I guess there are 2 factors make this : 1. they are scam company ; 2. their staff's skill is so lack ( I even find that their site sometimes not open .)
