This company purports to have showrooms, employ many people, and have good quality products when in reality its one woman "Natasha" who works out of her garage. She never answers the phone...rather you always get an answering machine where you have to leave a message. She also refuses to provide their address...the Better business bureau can't even find them! This is probably so it would be difficult to serve them in the event of a small claims action or worse. The doors are simply imported from China for each new order she gets. Natasha is incredibly RUDE and condesending but the worse part is that the doors and hardware are very low quality.
