We had AM & G Soundproofing 2 bedrooms, hall, living room and kitchen. I advised we had problems with banging from upstairs impact and airbourn noise. They advise the only solution was to have a false ceiling in every room. We decided to go through with this to find once completed we had bigger noise problems from impact. I contacted the company (Gerry) how advised that it was not there issue and the next thing would be to have the floor take up upstairs which they would do. After this conversation he never answered any emails or phone calls. We went with another company to have the floor taken up and this did not resolve the problem. We have now had to pay over £1000 to have the ceiling in the bedroom taken down and refitted correctly and we now can't hear anything from upstairs in this room. We need to take down the rest of the ceiling Gerry fitted but we are unable to afford this due to the amount we have already paid out. When the ceiling was taken down the company clearly stated that AM & G did not know what they were doing as they clearly fitted it incorrectly and used the wrong materials. We have been completely ripped off and in a worse situation than before apart form the bedroom and we can't resolve it as we have run ot of money.
