We purchased our first amana front loading washing machine at hh gregg, less than a month later the main board has went out, we contact hh gregg, they will not take it back or let us upgrade to a different machine. They give us a number to call for repair, the repair company comes out 10 days later and informs us that the part will take another 14 days to order and then we will have to schedule another repair date. Meanwhile we are arguing with hh gregg on the situation and they will still do nothing even though we just purchased it and will be without a washer for 1 to 2 months. We run our own business and the customer service at hh gregg is terrible we will never shop there again!!!
