I make an appointment over the phone through an automated service when my dryer stopped heating up. Then I had to call back the next day to make sure they could also service my fridge that the ice maker stopped working on. This time I spoke to someone on the phone. I specifically asked if I would be paying a service charge on both appliances and having 2 appointments. The person I spoke to Nichole laughed and said I don't blaim you I wouldn't want to pay for 2 service charges either. Her exact words to me were 1 person will fix both and you will pay only one service charge plus parts and labor for both appliances. But thats not how they work. They day of the appointment a man calls to tell me he's on his way to fix the dryer. I asked him about the fridge and he said he didn't know anything about that he only fixes washer and dryers. I then call the company back and speak to muliple people on the phone all who have the same story. I will pay a service charge for both plus parts and labor for both. After and hour and 6 people being hung up on I then cancel my second appointment because they refused to honor what their employee told me. I will never call this company again and I agree with the other complaints, With the exception of the service tech who took care of my dryer, every person was RUDE
