Malcom Carter Jr. owner of Amazing Logistic Solutions LLC company hired me to be his office manager. I was told that I will be paid $200 a week as part time. I was never paid for the extra hours and late nights I put into the company, but Malcom Carter Jr. took money away from my last check for days not work. Before leaving the company i put in a three weeks notice. Mr. Carter Jr. write me a check for three hundred dollars, which was a week after the day he told me i would be pay. When I took the check to his bank Wachovia I was told by the bank teller that the funds was not available. That was on March 13, 2010. I have try to cash this check every day and the funds are still not available as of todays date March 19, 2010. Mr. Malcom Carter Jr. is not returning my calls.
