I have received numerous e-mails from this company claiming that if I would select two of it's vendors that I would receive a free Dell Notebook computer. I went ahead and chose Columbia House and Gevalia Coffee. No laptop was ever sent or received.
The e-mails they have sent me since say: laptop delivery failure and when I click on them it sends me back through the process again, like I am a first time user to buy products from the vendors again.
I have since completed my obligation to Columbia House and am still receiving shipments from Gevalia.
I can't figure for the life of me, what this company is getting out if this by fraudulently promoting legitimate businesses in this way and not honoring what they are saying.
