In the past 2 weeks I have received the incorrect item from Amazon. com The latest is a set of ladies golf clubs. I ordered a set of Maggia golf clubs in pink and received a set in blue. How stupid are the people who pull the order? It is obvious that NO ONE checks the orders against the item pulled to ensure the customer receives the correct item. Everyone is sorry, but that doesn't solve the problem. Now they want me to schelp the set of clubs to UPS to return them. I told them they would need to be picked up. When I asked what the company street address was, no one knows. I bet people who work for a large company know the corporate street address, unless it is a secret. I have ordered alot from Amazon in the past few months but no more. Their employees either are just plain stupid or just uncaring.
