I did buy a prepaid telephone card from Ambess prepaid, charged $10.00 on it, after i dialed the access number and enter the telephone number the card authorized me for 10 minutes to talk, the first time i dialed the telephone number the line was busy, i turn off the phone immediately, when i dialed again the card had just $5.50 available, when I called the customer service the clerk told me the minute to call Cuba is very expensive, i requested the credit back because i did not stay 20 seconds on line because the line was busy and the clerk disconnect the call. I want to warn consumers do not buy this card that does not give the minutes they promise, they just steal your money.
