The part of ambit energy where they say you will get a travel voucher is true, the part where you get to use it is false . this a complete ripoff !!! you will not get to use the certificate they will take your 50.00 and then tell you dates are unavailable or that they have to be a sun-wed date when you call customer service they will tell you to reapply everything . I purposely chose three dates well out of season and still was denied( niagara falls Jan12, 2010 among others) scam
