I submitted a complaint to Nokia for replacement of BL5C Battery 18th August 2007. On 7th Oct I got SMS from Nokia that You replace the battery at nearest nokia customer care. But they are saying that we have no spare batteries. till date , I have not getting the replacement from Nokia customer care.
