Ordered 2 2430 sq ft. doublewides. two 2x6's, I received 1 2x6 and 1 2x4. Homes were built for southern states and did not have sufficent insulation. Colors not as ordered, very poorly built. Ceiling trim does not match in all rooms, carpets do not lay flat on floors. Door locks do not work properly. Outside trim is falling off, blocks around building are cracking. Corner blocks are falling from under house. Inspector measured 12 inches of water under the house. All the water is causing kitchen cabinets to move away from walls about one fourth inch. The Co. sends men out to the houses to correct but they do not get repairs taken care of. The homes are not worth the price I paid for them. The man has has many suits filed against him.
