bad service

asc same wells fargo one time send me star payment house in february 01 2010 send money 10 days before 01 february after 15 days received letter of asc what in january 01 2010 star payment not in february 01 2010 what lies im have letter star february 01 2010 this company have bad service incredible say one thing tomorrow say other thing never undertand say now my home have date for foreclosure im like contact law firm for demand to this bank some it is wells fargo good lucky all people have loans whit this company

modification

i was taken for 2500.00 for a loan modification and lost my home. the company returned 1800.00 after one year and figuered they had helped me in someway to keep 700.00. i feel i should have recieved the full amount back, since nothing was ever done. My file went from one person to another and i always had to call Litton loan, myself to find out what was going on. I did my own faxing and duplicated the process of handling this modification. how unfair for this company to take my money and tell me they could help. i will continue to request the remaining amount of my money, for they do not deserve any part of it. i will never recommend this company to anyone and be sure people are aware of the stress they caused me and my family.
