I contacted this place because of their radio ad saying that they could negotiate with my lenders and redo my mortagage(s)...since i had two, the fee was $5500. i paid an initial fee of $2000, with a "payment" plan for the rest. sent the appropriate paperwork. was never DIRECTLY told to NOT pay on my mortages, but that was indirectly strongly hinted at (thank the Lord i continued to make my payments). i was told to call them to schedule the next payment... when i called, got a recording that they were out of business, and were being investigated by the FTC. i lost only $2K (not that i could really afford that), but i am sure that thousands of other people trusted them and lost more. i want to find a lawyer to sue the pants off brian d'antonio (who isn't even listed in the California Bar association) for his very fraudulant practices... so far i can't find an attorney who has the guts to sue one of his own...
