WORST experience ever! Grossly overpriced, worst customer service known to mankind. Appalling unproffessionalism, ridiculous rates, and poor service. Avoid doing business with them if at all possible!

Container arrived 6 hours late because they were slow putting our order into system--causing me $500 in overtime charges for packers- and they laughed, trucker caused about $1000 in landscaping and sprinkler damages-which they refused to resolve, person I dealt with was incredibly horrifically rude and abusive on phone, and worst yet, the container was too SMALL causing several large items to be left behind! Their solution was to offer to let us pay them a huge price to ship them separately when we had given them a very detailed and accurate description of the goods to be shipped.

Two and a half weeks after loading the container, it is still waiting at port, has not shipped.
