Starting on December 8 I received my almost $250.00 order from American Candle, amost $60 of the order was wrong, they sent the wrong "scent" of candles. I called and was told I would have to talk to a supervisor and one would call me back. No call back ever came that day. I called the next day and was put on hold...forever, I finally hung up after 15 minutes. On the third day I emailed them with my situation offering to even keep the wrong candles, just send me the correct scent (Frankensense and Myrrh, a traditional Christmas scent and gifts for my family. Never received an aknowledgement or response. I gave up. Customer service and accuracy of order gets an -F, to date still no response although all information was provided invoice # where it clearly states the scent ordered - 9 candles in all. Not recommended for future sales because of non-existent customer service.
