Failure to comply with contract
This company failed to honor their portion of a verbal contract for over a year... When they were asked about it several times they stated it would be corrected. After the year of non-compliance I called to end my contract and was told that I would have to continue payments for my magazines. I sent both emails and and talked with several people who ended up giving me a run-around until I got irritated and hung-up...

Unauthorized charges
I was scammed into this also. I don't know what they are doing or think they can do but my bank account is all messed up! I can't cancel though I've tried and my total amount balance due changes (higher of course) every month. They won't stop calling me for promotions either! I don't know what else to do but I will do anything to get out of this. Class action law suit sounds great!!! I'm in!!! Anyone know what else can be done about this at all? Let all of us know asap!!!

Rip off
I was lead to believe that I would get a 1000 dollar shopping spree and all I would have to pay is the shipping cost. The items available are not worth the price of shipping. I was lead to believe that the 1000 dollar shopping spree was better than the magazines themselves.
The choices that I have to choose from ***. The shopping spree is just a gimet to get you to buy the magazines. Now I'm stuck with paying for the magazines that I really didn't need in the first place. This magazine company is just a rip off.
