For 3 months now I have complained to both American EVoice Ltd Voicemail and Verizon regarding unauthorized billing of 15.95 to a land line phone number that doesn't even receive phone calls!! It is used as a fax line. The people I talked to at EVoice Ltd at 1-866-576-1875 told me I had subscribed and promised to send me a copy of the email in which I had elected this service. I never received it.

I have tried to get Verizon to acknowledge that they are in error for billing me, their customer, for 3rd party charges that are unauthorized and they just tell me that I have to talk to American E Voicemail about it.

No one is listening to me when I tell them I didn't order it, don't want it, and want a refund of the charges. Verizon says I have to apply for a refund and wait for the 3rd party to respond.

It is hard to believe that a company the size of Verizon who has a reputation as a reputable company would be involved in a scam like this.

It just goes on and on.
