I was contacted in November by this company to do a loan modification. The people seemed very nice and I was very concerned about the cost of my mortgage. They charged me 2750 and did not submit the paperwork until later. I found out later that I was already in foreclosure and they did not do much of anything and I am back to square 1. This is crazy, if there is a class A lawsuit, I will join it.
