I am a costumer of American Home Mortgage and have like many others fallen behind on my mortgage. I have worked on this with my mortgage company so that we don't fall behind. It has been shocking to discover how disrespectful and verbally abusive this company has been to my family. Anytime we talk to them about our issues of being behind they have verbally abused me and my husband and acted incredibly disrespectful to us. I would've never thought that a mortgage company with the name America in the title could be so ugly in a time when we all need to be more civil with the economy headed where it is going with the mortgage crisis. Everytime we talk to our mortgage company they talk down to you and belittle everything you see. I just thought a complaint should be given. I have tried speaking to a manager there but i get the same treatment so i am going outside the box now.
