Ms. Kunkel doesn't seem to have a clue about this economy and how it has affected us.

I have been making payments on a timely basis, even before it was due.
Then things went bad a few months ago. I was 30 plus days late.
She called my employer, which she has no right to do (documented)
My employer said I need to call her right away(documented)
When I called and explained my situation, she was difficult, and insisted I give her a date when payment with late fees will be made.

She then sent me a very threatening form letter, stating they will take away my property, hold me personally responsible for any difference between the amount the property brings in a sale and the balance due them (about $400)

If I am late again in making payments they will exercise their rights without sending another notice.

Other creditors are willing to work with me, and understand my situation.

Not Ms. Kunkel.

Once I get back on my feet again, and it will be soon I will never buy a Honda or have it financed by them.
