I was told that I could file a claim for various reasons. I've tried to reach someone without return calls. I've had two heart caths and have now had rotator cuff surgery and been in therapy for 6 weeks. I rec'd a call to increase my amt but told them I wanted to cancel my policy because of the poor service. I was to rec an immediate ret call but as of yet haven't rec'd one.
