I bought several treatments of vela shape and the equipment was always malfunctioning, the technicians don't have the training. Also, the technicians always complained that the product was oversold and that they couldn't keep up with the amount of people because they only had one machine and were most of the time under staff. The treatments never worked for me and I they made me buy more than 40 treatments, I used up more than 20 and now they don't want to give me a refund for the rest of the treatments.
