American Lock and Key installed 2 deadbolt locks for an elderly lady on a fixed income at nearly $300. Of course they had rebuttals, but I feel that is way too steep for the work performed and equipment. I'm not saying they shouldn't have gotten paid...but nearly $300 seems extreme. Please beware before using them...ask a lot of questions, and check out a hardware store for comparable prices and see if you can do it yourself. I understand everyone needs to make money, but choices and options should be provided. Ugh...they are making me add more words.
