The technician who came to my place was professional, experienced, and he did the repair service that I requested for our refrigerator that was not freezing. He even called 30 mins before his arrival and arrived on time. He went above and beyond explaining the problem in detail. My appliance is now working properly as if never stopped working. Thank you!
