My husband recieved a letter stating that he had won the lottery out of Niagra Falls NY and with this a letter for 3955.00 issued through the Bank of America signed by Mr Michael J. Hialop. He was to call Mr Bob Marcidi @ 1-647-866-4302 (which he did) before depositing this check. So I did my research and this is fake. Along with researching the internet which I found an incredible amount of people that they have scammed or tried to scam I called the bank and the check isn't real. I have put a claim in to the BBB, called the FBI and my local police department. PEOPLE PLEASE BEWARE THAT THIS IS A SCAM!!! THIS HAS HAPPENED THROUGHOUT THE US AND CANADA!!! This has to be reported. It truely may be the only way to stop these jerks.
