I purchased this phone in Nov 2007. I applied for rebate in accordance with the conditions of rebate. I have not received$25 rebate to date. I tried to contact American Telecom by phone but it has pre-recorded message to go to the company's website or advises you to send an email to the company. I have sent several e-mails. I got reply to the first e-mail that the rebate will be processed in due course. I have sent two more reminders after my initial e-mail but no reply. MY RECOMMENDATION IS ----DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUNNING A BIG SCAM. THEY ENTICE THE CUSTOMER INTO BUYING THEIR PHONE WITH A PROMISE OF A REBATE BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF PAYING THE REBATE. ------BUYERS BEWARE!!!
