I signed up for individual health insurance through the American Trade Association. Their medical claims are administered through Smart Data Solutions. I tried to get prescriptions through my card and it is not covered. They say the are getting a new plan, but did not inform anyone. Their phone goes unanswered (800-591-6764), or it is busy. Their website; http://www.myatabenefits.com. doesn't work either. This is either an incredibly poor run organization, or a scam. I suspect the later.

They automatically take money out of my checking account each month for their premiums. There are reports all over the internet on SDS Smart Data Solutions. I am going to stop the premium withdrawls and report them to my bank as a fraud. If you are thinking of signing up with this insurance, don't. If you have them stop payments at your bank now.
