I signed up for individual health insurance through the American Trade Association. Their medical claims are administered through Smart Data Solutions. I am looking to find a doctor near where I live. However, when I call the number on my insurance card -- 800-591-6764, it just keeps ringing and ringing. Also on my card is a website address to find names of doctors on this plan. The website is http://www.myatabenefits.com. However, that doesn't work either.

Anyway, they automatically take money out of my checking account each month for their premiums. So I would appreciate it if you could look into this. My name is Lisa Rahmanan. My email address is [email protected]
