I placed an order on Monday, September 8 and received my frames on Friday, September 12. The speed of delivery was amazing! The qualifty was good -- I'm no expert on frames -- but they look good to me and satisfy my purpose. The only complaint I have is regarding the assembly. My wood frames were fully assembled, but I wish they would drill the holes in the back of the frames to accomodate the screws/clips needed to secure the art in the frame. Also, I thought I would not like the plexiglas as a substitute for glass, but I have no complaints about that. Further, I wish they had provided instructions for adding a dust seal to the back because I spent too much time trying to figure that step out. One last thing, the quote I received for the cheapest frames in a local framing store was nearly $700, whereas this purchase was about $250. The extra effort in assembly is well worth the savings, and I will never use another traditional framing store again!
