I purchased a Tri-Tronics Sport Basic G3 dog training collar from AmericaOutdoor.com which said it included hard shell case and a hand-set charger . Neither of these items were included when I received the product at my home. After dealing with a rather rude customer service agent I was told that my only recourse was to return the item at my expense.
