I have been trying for three months to asc to send me the form for the mortgage modification, they keep telling me I will have it within 5 days, but it never shows up. Monday July 15th I called them again they said they would email it to me and I would have the forms within 48 hours, 72 hours later still no forms. Is'nt the government supposed to be keeping an eye on this? I don't want to loose my house and the gov. said mortgage companies had to work with us so wheres the gov?
