Americatel unilaterally change my international long distance rates without notice or warning from 6 cent a minutes to 72 cents per minute. When I called their automated system acknowledge a billing error, but after a couple of months when I called again they say that service was cancelled. This is highway robbery, and their customer service is no better. When pressed they claim service was cancelled on Aug 6, but I did get billed up to the end of Sept with my old rates. Unreliable, unbelievable!!!
