Prompt shipment but wrong parts. I ordered StarTech SNT127A mobile racks which are made of metal. Without checking with me they shipped Lian Li plastic mobile racks which are not compatible with my other Startech products, Wrote feedback requesting information, no response as yet, so have now requested an RMA number. A quick check would have clarified this before shippment. I am a very dissappointed customer (probably ex customer). If I receive an RMA number, I can ship these back being out time, energy, and shipping both ways, but they will make a small profit on the shipping and HANDLING charges. Bad Business.
