Did you know there is a class action suit against Amerigas for selling prefilled propane tanks that were not full?

The time to join the class action expired oct 31, 2010. I Didn'tknow that. I guess tere was suppose to be a warning on their tanks notifying people of this class action so they could join :) :) I didn't get the "warning" until my tank purchase in November :)

Why would a company want to intentionally do this? A fine of 10 million isn't enough.

I own a 500 gal propane tank. Guess what? I won't buy from them again.
