found out today that your company is very misleading in how it honors there word my family an i wont be dealing with you people anymore an ill be telling everyone that we know how we were lied too.i was given a $400.00 credit line from amerimark so on dec.23, 2009 i placed an order for my daughter for her wedding which is jan.8, 2010 in 3 days from now.i got an email from these people saying my order was shipped so i told my daughter it will be here for there wedding, then yesterday i got a letter stateing that amerimark lied there not honoring there agreement of the credit line at all an now i have nothing to give my daughter an her husband on there wedding day.i will be telling everyone on my blog about how this company an there partners treat an lie to there customers they've messed my gift formy daughter an lied.since i can't find your all website for comments ill be placeing it on my blogs online an telling everyone i know how you disappointed this mother on her daughters wedding day, very misleading, crooked. i wont be dealing with you people anymore nor will anyone i know, an that's a lot .thanks for nothing.

This site sent me a spam mail stating that I owed over $200 worth of clothing and accessories. I never ordered from this company (Amerimark.com) or been to the site. The email had a link to the "store" which appeared to be real as well as an "order number" that you could use to check the "status of your order". I entered a name and the "order number" and the site stated that the order "did not exists". I figure that this must be some sort of phishing scam used to get personal information.

It takes to get 7 day shipping offer
Ordered a product 12/18/2006. Their site advertises a 7-10 business day shipping guarantee. When I called today (01-02-07), they are telling me that they have until 01/09/07 because their contract with the post office is for 15 business days, not the 7-10 days that they advertise. I still have not received my product. They think it is acceptable to take a month to get it after a 7 day shipping offer.
