I went to California Pizza Kitchen in Bellevue with friends, and parked in the parking alongside. I asked the attendant if I needed to pay, but he mentioned that if I get the reciept from the restaurant, I don't need anything. When I came back, I had a ticket on my car with the attendant missing. At point of writing I have tried contacting Ampco System Parking through email, phone on ticket, phone numbers found through search, their website but despite the automated messages saying that they'll return the call in 3 days, no responses yet!
