I have been trying since Sept 29, 2010 to have my Samsung refrigerator ice maker repaired. It took 2 months to get a repair company out and after replacing numerous parts, it still is not working properly and the repair company can do no more. Since the beginning of the year I have tried to get this resolved. I do not get called back or flat out lied to. I keep getting told that they need more information, then they say that a replacement has been found and delivery will be set up. I do not hear back from them. No one ever knows who is head of the department and cannot give me any information. Just yesterday(4/26/11) I did hear from a Cathy Whetsell promising me a resolve to this issue by today and, surprise not call back and no one answers the phone. Anyone have any help?
